Because every user counts
Paper is a user research and service design company. They tasked KWS with creating a brand that captured their unique approach and personality. The illustrations put a focus on people, with the abstract forms and colourful approach being gender, and racially nutural, so to be as inclusive and representitive as possible – something that is very close to Paper’s heart. It also allows for each character to be different, and unique, representative of service users.
We also positioned their offering to one simple message, that summarises the core of all projects Paper take on, no matter the sector – Every user counts.
